I read this book soon after going through an unexpected and long hospital stay for my mother. I wish I had read it before, but am now better prepared for any new life and death situations that will surely come up in my life. The book is well written and tells a very compelling tale about faith, whatever your beliefs may be.

I would recommend this book to everyone. It is quick reading and beautifully written from the heart. It is a sad story with a feel good message! What I really appreciated was this was not about a specific religion.. It dealt with having faith! It has a wonderful message for not only those who are grieving, but anyone who has lost a loved one. I loved it and learned from it!

Mary Jane Clayton draws from her own experience of losing her granddaughter to share the grief suffered and lessons learned. The touching story of Brittany's struggle with Lukemia, untimely death and messages left, leaves the reader with hope that death is not all it may seem to be. Heartwarming!
